TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry to this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER

1. This promotion is open to all Australian residents who fulfil the entry requirements (Entrants), excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. Promotion commences at open of business of participating Select travel stores on 13/7/2015 and close of business of participating Select Travel Group Agent on 13/10/2015, OR when all Scratch & Win cards have been distributed, whichever is first to occur (Promotional Period). There is only one component in this promotion, the scratch and instant win game. All claims for instant win prizes must be received by close of business on 13/10/2015. Claims received after the applicable date will be deemed invalid.

INSTANT WIN

1. To be eligible to receive a Scratch & Win card, Entrants must have purchased Another Eason’s LIFE in Australia Concert ticket at Chinatown Cinema Corporation during the Promotional Period (Eligible Purchase). Entrants who make an Eligible Purchase will receive one (1) Scratch & Win ticket holder from a staff member at Chinatown Cinema Corporation with one (1) consumption.

1. If the Scratch & Win card revealed a prize, entrants must claim their instant win prize at participating Select Travel Group Agent personally before close of business on 13/10/2015.

1. There will be a total of up to 7,000 Scratch & Win ticket holders distributed during the Promotional Period. 350 Scratch & Win ticket holders will yield an instant win prize of Select $20 or $50 voucher for purchasing Cathay Pacific Airway International airtickets. Total instant win prize value up to $10,000.

CLAIM/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Only one (1) Scratch & Win ticket holder will be provided for each Eligible Purchase. Scratch & Win ticket holder will not be conjunction with other promotion. Scratch & Win card submitted in-store / claim at Select Travel Group Agent must be original, and photocopies or images of Scratch & Win ticket holder will not be accepted. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Scratch & Win ticket holder will be deemed invalid. Chinatown Cinema Corporation P/L and Select Travel Group shall not be held responsible for lost Scratch & Win card. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

1. Only ONE (1) instant win voucher can be used per one Cathay Pacific Airway international airticket purchase and voucher must be presented and surrendered at the time the air ticket is issued from a participating Select Travel Group Agent.

1. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, Chinatown Cinema Corporation P/L reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.

1. Printing errors and other quality control matters will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
