TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry to this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER
- This promotion is open to all Australian residents who fulfil the entry requirements (Entrants), excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
- Promotion commences at open of business of participating stores on 24/05/2014 and close of business of participating stores on 20/07/2014, OR when all Scratch & Win cards have been distributed, whichever is first to occur (Promotional Period). There is only one component in this promotion, the scratch and instant win game. All claims for instant win prizes must be received by close of business on 25/07/2014. Claims received after the applicable date will be deemed invalid.
INSTANT WIN
- To be eligible to receive a Scratch & Win card, Entrants must have consumption at participating stores during the Promotional Period (Eligible Purchase). Entrants who make an Eligible Purchase will receive one (1) Scratch & Win card from a staff member at the participating store with one (1) consumption.
- If the Scratch & Win card revealed a prize, entrants must claim their instant win prize at Chinatown Cinema Corporation P/L personally before close of business on 25/07/2014.
- NSW: There will be a total of up to 30,000 Scratch & Win cards distributed to participating stores during the Promotional Period. 100 Scratch & Win cards will yield an instant win prize of SAM HUI IN CONCERT 2014 – SYDNEY concert ticket value at $98. Total instant win prize value up to $9,800.
- VIC: There will be a total of up to 20,000 Scratch & Win cards distributed to participating stores during the Promotional Period. 40 Scratch & Win cards will yield an instant win prize of SAM HUI IN CONCERT 2014 – MELBOURNE concert ticket value at $119. Total instant win prize value up to $4,760.
CLAIM/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Only one (1) Scratch & Win card will be provided for each Eligible Purchase. Scratch & Win card will not be conjunction with other promotion. Scratch & Win card submitted in-store / claim at Chinatown Cinema Corporation P/L must be original, and photocopies or images of Scratch & Win card will not be accepted. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Scratch & Win cards will be deemed invalid. Scratch & Win cards received will be considered final by Chinatown Cinema Corporation P/L. Chinatown Cinema Corporation P/L shall not be held responsible for lost Scratch & Win card. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Multiple instant win claims permitted, however each claim/entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, Chinatown Cinema Corporation P/L reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
- Printing errors and other quality control matters will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
